Many individuals are finding they are having a difficult time managing their own stress levels with everything that is demanding our time and attention these days.

The energy hitting the Earth at this time is stirring up a lot of emotions within people, and not everyone handles it the same way.

A lot is being asked of us at this time. Right when we are exhausted from the last demanding and urgent thing that needed our attention, we are being called right back to action to deal with the next demanding thing. This doesn’t leave much downtime for a break in between.

The Result of Demanding Times

The constant demands that come with the time we are in take their toll on the body and psyche, causing emotional and energetic imbalances. When this happens, we experience physical and emotional stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

As a result, you may find the following to be true:

  • Poor sleep habits
  • Attention span is shorter than usual
  • Clarity on decision-making is a bit more fuzzy
  • Addictive behaviors may be surfacing or strengthening
  • Impulsive responses increase
  • Feeling of needing to get away, break away, move away arises
