We’ ve all been there. It’s way too late to run out and grab something to eat if you want to be back in time for your 2 o’clock meeting. So rather than get something healthy and nutritious and risk being late, we end up eating out of the vending machine just to get us through until dinner.
Or better yet, we are on a cross-country trip driving through the most remote parts of the country to find that there aren’t any places that cater to gluten sensitive folks.
Under normal circumstance, both of these scenarios are a setup for digestion trouble later on. We are famished and need food, but to gamble how it makes us feel can be a really high risk.
So what do you do?
Raise the Vibration of Your Food
We aren’t always in a situation where it is easy to access the food our body is asking for. Life circumstance have a tendency of getting in the way sometimes.
This week, I want to share a technique that I use to work with what I’ve got when these circumstances arise. It’s crucial for me to still honor my energy and body, no matter what life is demanding, so I’ve found something that works for me. Maybe it just might work for you too!
